    Aztecasino refuses to pay!

I deposited back in Feburary with Aztec as after meeting their paythough requirements i tried to cash out.

Months went by with little to no communication, then I get a email from Jon claiming a review of my account has been done and there are "irregularites" and they are not paying me. I ask for an explination and they REFUSE. He then offers to me that they can do another review. Well now they wont even answer my calls or email.

I have been in contact with TOP Game Solutions who at first were helping, now they have gone radio silent as well. They claied that they would get involved if the operator confiscated my funds for no reason. They do not anser my emails now either.

Aztec claims on their webasite to be licensed with Gibralter Gaming Commision, i called them and they are in fact NOT licensed there.

    i actually know those guys

from my personal experience (running some consultancy), there are now much more fraudsters and bonus seekers going on (and of course, alot of great great players) , and knowing those guys, i would say there is a good reason why they dont pay the guy. they have pretty good reputation

    Eh?

    Who's the FRAUDSTER here then?

This is PRETTY DAMN SERIOUS fraud on their part, whatever else they may have in the way of "reputation".

IF they lie about where they are licensed, and do so so as to appear to be licensed by one of the few RESPECTED Jurisdictions, they are already up to no good BEFORE any facts about this case need to be investigated.

If they are indeed licensed by Gibraltar, they are NOT licensed PROPERLY, and whatever license they think they have does NOT clearly cover this particular portal.

You won, it takes them MONTHS to find non specific "irregularities", then both they, and Top Game, go silent.

    Does not exactly inspire confidence
    Trust me, I'm a weatherman.

Both Aztec and top-game continue to not respond to any emails. When i call C/S they tell me to email finance. I explain that they do not respond to any email. They tell me "sorry there is nothing they can do". I find it hard to believe that Customer service has no way of helping out.

You know them because you are a shill/or work for the company.

To the op: If they have lied about there licensing then you probably don't have much hope in getting it resolved or seeing your money. I'm not saying to give up but it may not be worth all the hassle.

Just warn others, make a cuppa and play at any of the accredited casino's listed on the meister.

    Good Luck

    Matt

I think this is another sign that just points to the fact that online casinos are in trouble financially...not all, but many of them. I'm not surprised. We seem to be seeing partial payments and installment plans where casinos should be able to just pay up.

it has now been over a week since i have heard from Topgame on this issue. Its rather frustrating when the software provider goes "Radio Silent". They did help to get me a small partial payment, not sure what they are going to do re the remaining balance.
